To support our mission to provide evidence-based road safety education that supports the development of a road safety culture across the generations, RSE offers programs to reach road users at a variety of stages of their life.
RYDA is a partnership which supports teachers on the journey as they provide their students with the tools and understanding they need to see themselves as active, responsible road citizens. RYDA becomes part of the school culture from the first to last day of a young person’s high school life, providing students with the tools, habits and motivation to take action and stay safe on our roads a both drivers and passengers throughout their lives.
RYDA, a program professionally developed by leading learning organisation, Road Safety Education Limited (RSE), is designed to complement the high school curriculum.
RYDA features a highly engaging and memorable one-day workshop which front-loads students’ understanding of road safety. The workshop sessions are designed to be held in small classroom sized groups (approximately 25 students) and are led by a team of trained facilitators including Police, driving instructors and other community sector specialists.
Download the flyerDrive Coach is a workshop designed for parents and carers. The importance of parents and their role in keeping their teens safe throughout the many stages of learning to drive is well documented. However, they are not often given all the tools for the job. Research shows that the way parents engage with their teens through the learn-to-drive journey can have a significant impact when it comes to creating safer drivers who take less risks. RSE, through the Drive Coach program aims to equip parents and carers with the tools they need and support them on this very important journey.
This practical workshop which updates parents on latest research and road safety approaches, outlines some of the conversations and strategies our facilitators share with their teens at RYDA and gives them an opportunity to ask questions and get advice from the experts.

Download the flyerRSE’s corporate program, BetterDriver is designed to contribute to the culture of safer travel by targeting all employees and developing a true understanding of what road safety looks like. Road trauma has an impact across an organisation whether it is a minor crash resulting in loss of productivity or the tragic loss of life.
All companies have a moral and legal responsibility to create a safe work environment and this extends to travel to and from work and employees’ families. The BetterDriver program is customised to the needs and special circumstances of each organisation and is designed for groups of 15-20 participants. The two-hour workshop focusses on the highest risk areas for experienced drivers and gives participants the opportunity to share their experience with colleagues and develop strategies for change.
